Applicant privacy policy

This policy applies only to applicant information controlled by Apex Abyssal Inc through apexjobs.co. It does not cover another recruiting brand or employer.

Information we collect

When you apply, we collect the information you enter in the application form, including your name, email address, phone number, selected position, work authorization response, privacy confirmation, and optional SMS choice. This version does not accept file uploads.

How information is used

Applicant information is used to receive and review applications, assess qualifications for the selected job, provide application updates, schedule interviews, respond to requested support, protect the application service, and comply with applicable law.

How information is shared

Application data may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of Apex Abyssal Inc. Those providers may process information only to provide the applicant-requested recruiting or communications service and may not use it for their own purposes.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold. SMS consent is not provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention and security

Applicant records are generally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent recruiting interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for an active application. Deletion requests may be sent to info@apexjobs.co. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices

SMS consent is optional. You may opt out of recruiting texts at any time by replying STOP. To request deletion or ask about access and correction options that may apply to you, email the privacy contact at info@apexjobs.co.
